Updates and improvements

I have been cleaning up the code so I will be able to add content to the game without it becoming too much of a convoluted mess. I have fixed the mouse targeting code, it was being broken by some other unused code. Now if your mouse is in the game window, you will shoot towards it. I've also added an automatic replay on death after three seconds.
